What is included in the monthly lesson fee?
Each plan covers the stated number of weekly lessons with a dedicated instructor, use of studio instruments during class, and printed or digital practice materials. Exam preparation and recital coaching are included where noted in the plan.
Do I need to provide my own instrument?
Not for lessons at the studio, since pianos, guitars, and violins are available during class. For home practice, we recommend acquiring an instrument, and our staff can suggest suitable options based on your child's level.
Can I switch plans or instruments later?
Yes, plans can be adjusted between terms based on your child's progress or interest in a different instrument. Contact the studio office before the new billing cycle to request a change.
Is there a registration fee?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 300 applies to new students, covering enrollment paperwork and an initial skill assessment. This fee is separate from the monthly lesson pricing shown above.
What is the refund policy for missed lessons?
Lessons missed with at least 24 hours notice can be rescheduled within the same month, subject to instructor availability. We do not offer cash refunds for missed sessions, but makeup lessons are arranged whenever possible.
How do I pay for lessons?
Payments are accepted monthly in advance via cash, bank transfer, or card at the studio front desk. Termly payment options are also available for the Progress and Advanced plans upon request.
